Dr. Jensen is a native Oregonian. He graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors’s degree in Microbiology. He then attended Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry where he received his doctorate in 1988. Following graduation, Dr. Jensen joined the Air Force and completed a general practice residency at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. He then served a tour for three years in England. He began his private practice in Bend in 1992.
Dr. Jensen strives for clinical excellence by obtaining his Fellowship through the Academy of General Dentistry, which only about 5% of dentists nationally achieve.
He has received several honors and awards including the Oregon Academy of General Dentistry, Dentist of the Year and inducted into the Pierre Fauchard Honorary Academy. He was a past president of the Oregon Dental Association and dedicated to the community by being on the board of the Kemple Clinic and MODA.
